Pie with eggplant and mushrooms
In the beginning of the season of eggplant this recipe is very relevant. Recipe from gourmet magazine.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Grind margarine with flour, add salt, beat the egg and knead the dough. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Eggplant cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.

Onion slice and fry.

Slice the mushrooms into strips and fry separately. All vegetables combine with mushrooms, salt and pepper, mix well.
