Cabbage rolls with grape leaves
My favorite duckies, well, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Buckwheat

    3 Tbsp

  • Millet

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Fat

  • Leaf vine

    50 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Passeruem onion, carrot, add mince and fry until Golden brown.

Wash the rice, buckwheat, millet, add to the mince and simmer until complete evaporation of water. Salt,pepper.

The leaves are washed and dipped in boiling water until it gets dark.

On the sheet put a teaspoon of stuffing.

Spread in a cauldron, cover with a plate (not surfaced cabbage rolls), fill with boiling water and cook for 40 minutes, then up to one hour.
