Blueberry ice cream
Perhaps the most summer treat has always been ice cream! And the most delicious, namely, domestic cooking. Today we have blueberry ice cream, and equally delicious, blueberry-chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

The form in which it is planned to make ice cream, butter. ( The larger the diameter of the mold, the lower will be the height of dessert.) Cookies grind into a fine crumb.

Melt the butter and pour into crumbs. Carefully mix everything, pour into shape, flatten the bottom and press down to form a dense cake.

Chilled sour cream and sugar beat. Add the lemon zest and juice and again beat well. (To prepare this dessert, I used cane sugar T. M."Mistral ". )

To add a lot of blueberries, and mix gently. If the berries are fresh, then they need to sort and wash. If frozen, let thaw.

To put on our cake the compound and smooth the surface. Remove ice cream in the freezer for a couple of hours.

For the sauce, dissolve the starch in water, put on fire. Add sugar, blueberries (crushed) and melted chocolate. Leave for a couple of minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens.

Serve with okhlazhdeniem sauce. Bon appetit!))
