Crackers
Do you like to eat? Then this recipe is for You! These crackers are a great alternative to chips. They are delicious on their own, with dip or pate. The main problem is that to stop and to stop to pull them hands is very difficult :)! For the recipe thank SVITLA-4OK.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Vegetable oil

    15 ml

  • Water

    55 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, baking powder, black pepper, paprika and dried mint.

To dry ingredients add water, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Knead a tight dough. Cover with wrap and place in the fridge for an hour.

The dough roll into a sausage (or a combination), cut in portions. Roll into balls.

Each ball to roll very thin in the shape of an oval. The more thinly roll out the crispier the crackers will turn out. If necessary, the table can pagpalit flour, I didn't need it.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for approx. 6 minutes. Crackers should be Golden brown.
