Muffins with chocolate filling
Wonderful muffins, porous, moderately sweet with chocolate filling which still came out, but worse they did not.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Cooking

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda. Beat the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, add yogurt and vegetable oil. Sift flour weight and mix well.

Fill molds half the dough, then pour each chocolate chips, try chocolate that was inside the test, I failed, so it leaked a little, and then pour the remaining batter on top.
