The idea of such pastries I saw on the Discovery channel in the program "Cace Boss". Was just showing the pre-Easter cakes (of course, the recipe was not given, I did it myself). It came out great and beautiful. So I decided to do exactly the same.

Cooking
I made the dough in the HP for this recipe: egg 2 PCs. of milk to a full Cup (Cup 230 ml) flour 3 stack.(maybe 1-2 tbsp for filling while forming a bun) salt 1.5 tsp sugar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp cumin 2 tsp dry yeast 2 tbsp of the "dough" and let him go. You can take any yeast dough or Your favorite, only add to it cumin. You can take a store, but then it will be without cumin.
Divide into small balls (given the fact that the dough we will need more and flagella), their size depends on the size of eggs. But it will be clear already after the formation of the 1-2 baskets. I did in turn. Make a couple of baskets, again tear off balls of dough.
The ball of dough to spill in a circle, put it on a boiled egg. Then I took the Cup and did the right circle (to make it more beautiful), the photo shows.
And from scraps of the circle was doing flagella and he laid them crosswise on top of eggs (as pictured)
Then take another small piece of dough, roll it from the flagellum and spread it around round cakes with egg.
Put baskets on Deco, oiled, and let them come (40 minutes), top, brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at t 200*C until ready. Time depends on the oven (I have 40 minutes approximately)
That turned out these baskets.
