Fish in sweet and sour sauce
Very unusual, tasty fish dish. I advise everyone to try. It will have everyone's liking, even to those who do not like fish!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Fish

    1 kg

Cooking

Fry hake fillets (or other lean fish) in butter, cool.

Take a Cup of vegetable oil, a glass of 9% vinegar, a Cup of sugar, a Cup of tomato paste, half a Cup of water.

Pour into a pan and boil.

Wait until the sauce COOLS.

Cut into onion rings

Put in pan in layers: a layer of the cooled fish, layer of onion alternating.

Pour the cooled fish sauce. To put on 12 hours in the refrigerator.
