Cooking
Very good wash and clean squid. Finely chop the tentacles.
Make filling: half stack. oil fry the onion, add the tentacles, and parsley.
Wash the rice and add to the stuffing. Sprinkle with salt, put all seasonings. Add wine and one Cup of water. Cook on medium heat until the rice has absorbed all the water.
Stuff squid in half, slightly bigger and fasten with a toothpick.
Put squid in a saucepan. Fill with water to almost covering. add the remaining oil and lemon juice.
Cook on medium heat for about an hour.
