Description

Green beans with mint and pine nuts
Perfect for meat or fish or as a side dish, or as a separate snack. In General, fast and delicious. Who are not indifferent to asparagus, so please, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Black pepper

  • Mint

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans to boil in 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain the water and right in the colander dipped in very cold water – this will stop the cooking process and allow the beans to keep the green color

Lightly fry on a dry pan pine nuts

Cut into thin rings leek (light part only), LPS – treated teeth of garlic

Heat in a pan olive oil, add the rings of leek, garlic, stir and fry until transparent, 1-2 minutes

Add the beans and stir fry about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice (a few drops optional), soy sauce and balsamic vinegar (to taste or optional), season with salt and pepper to taste

Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, cool slightly. Sprinkle with mint (or parsley) and pine nuts
