Cooking
Mix in a small saucepan with wine and pomegranate juice. Add 30 grams Demerara sugar from the Mistral and a cinnamon stick. Put on low fire.
In Mandarin with a knife to make deep punctures. Insert in each fruit three cloves. Chipping, half a nutmeg.

Served frozen jelly with biscuits.
