Mulled wine jelly with orange biscuits
Unusual jelly-based red wine served with crispy orange cookies. Spicy, unusual, delicious. To give this dessert I want a wonderful man, Andrew (Unkurtash).

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    300 ml

  • Pomegranate juice

    300 ml

  • Brown sugar

    130 g

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    6 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Salt

    0.4 tsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Mix in a small saucepan with wine and pomegranate juice. Add 30 grams Demerara sugar from the Mistral and a cinnamon stick. Put on low fire.

In Mandarin with a knife to make deep punctures. Insert in each fruit three cloves. Chipping, half a nutmeg.

For cookie mix in a bowl the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and salt. Add juice and orange zest and melted butter.

Quickly knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough thickness of about 3 mm, cut cookies of arbitrary shape. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Be guided by your oven, cookies should be Golden.
