Cottage cheese-plum pie
Soft sour-sweet cheese pie. Preparing for guests, everyone loved it!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.25 cup

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Drain

    700 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Oil mash the eggs, sugar, sour cream.

Stir in flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead a soft dough.

Plums divide into halves.

Curd mix with butter, eggs, sugar and starch.

The form vystelit parchment.

Spread the dough.

On the dough put about 2/3 of the plums.

Pour cottage cheese on top and place the remaining plums. Bake for 60 minutes at 180C.
