Tartlets
This original eggs will enrich your Breakfast and will start your day with! For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    275 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Chop the flour with the margarine to form a crumb, add salt mixed with sour cream, knead the dough.

Roll it into a ball and place in the cold for 1 hour.

4 molds to put mugs of dough.

Fry the diced bacon and onion in sunflower oil until the bacon gets crispy and onions are soft.

Mix 1 egg with sour cream, season.

At the bottom of the molds to put bacon with onions and pour the sour cream with the egg.

Top each mold to break 1 egg. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown and the readiness of the egg.
