Cooking
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Cut into small cubes boiled-smoked sausage "Muscovy" boiled sausage "doctor's doctor", to shift all the bowl.
Potatoes, carrots and gherkins into small cubes. Mix with finely chopped onion, half cut quail eggs and fill with homemade mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard. Add salt and pepper.
Iceberg lettuce cut into fine strips and mix with blanched green peas. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir.
In a sundae dish or martinkou to put layers in a salad, crush it with a spoon and then place a layer of meat cuts. On top lay heaped salad with peas, garnish with the remaining halves of quail eggs and large capers. Bon appetit from Cherkizovo!
