Appetizer of eggplant with mushrooms
Exceptionally delicious appetizer of eggplant, mushrooms, green pepper and mindalina nuts, both hot and cold! To Fast from "Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Leeks

    0.333 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Greens

  • Bay leaf

Boil water with vinegar, salt, Bay leaf, hot pepper; cook the eggplant for 7-10 minutes....

...until it becomes transparent; the water is drained eggplant set aside.

Pepper salad, onion cut into strips,

garlic, greens - finely;

on a heated with olive oil, pan fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes; add the peppers, onion, fry for another 5-8 min.

Add eggplant, garlic, greens, soy sauce, saute, stirring, another 5-7 minutes

sprinkle with nuts, sprinkle with sesame oil....ready!!!
