Cooking
Potatoes clean and boil to make mashed potatoes
Herring cleaned, remove the seeds, ridge. Cut into small cubes.
Mix mashed potatoes, herring, egg, flour and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste
Wet hands formed into patties and fry on both sides in vegetable oil
Green onions chop, add mayonnaise and mustard (3:1), mix well. Serve cutlets with sauce.
