Summer jelly cakes
Don't know about you, but we have so hot, I stand at the stove did not want to, but to give up sweets does not work... so I try to prepare delicate, light, berry desserts do not require baking.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    40 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Water

    60 ml

Put the yogurt out of the refrigerator until it becomes room temperature. To the milk add the gelatin and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes, then warm on low heat so the gelatine has dissolved completely, do not forget to stir. To cool down a bit.

Yogurt, whisk, add sugar and lemon juice, mix until smooth.
