Salad with mussels and rice noodles
A delicious salad with mussels and rice noodles, dressed with natural yogurt with soy sauce. Can be eaten as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    1 can

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Noodles

    0.17 pack

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    4 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

Prepare for filling of canned mussels, yogurt, soy sauce.

Open a jar of mussels recline on a colander to glass liquid.

In the yogurt add the soy sauce in the ratio of 2 to 1.

Mix soy sauce with yogurt. Chop finely the garlic clove and place it to the sauce.

Again mix everything.

Spread the sauce of mussels. In parallel, boil the rice noodles, following the information on the packaging.

The noodles, the salad can be washed, but I love a warm salad. Spread noodles to mussels in the sauce. With a fork stir well so noodles absorb all the sauce.

Take the plates and put them in noodles with mussels, complemented by cucumber, chopped straws, green polka dots cut right into the skin. Green peas I have directly from the garden, "milk".
