Berry-Mandarin salad with quinoa
Another from a variety of great summer salads. Bright, tasty, useful, satisfying and a lot a lot of advantages.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Powder mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Powder onion

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Quinoa

    1 cup

  • Spinach

    3 cup

  • Strawberry

    1 cup

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

  • Mandarin

    1 cup

  • Green onions

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Boil quinoa in salted water as directed on package. To get 1 Cup of prepared cereals, cook 1/2 Cup of raw.

While cooking the quinoa, prepare the salad dressing. Put all ingredients for filling in a jar, tightly closed and shaken well, that would be all the ingredients are combined.

Green onions finely chop.

Spinach wash, dry (large leaves of spinach to break it) to the spinach add the onion and stir.

Strawberries and blueberries wash and dry with paper towel. Strawberries cut into slices. If you have a fresh tangerine slices then cleaned. I used already peeled slices of canned Mandarin. You can also use orange slices, only they must be cut into small pieces.

The spinach and onions to add berries, tangerine (orange)slices and quinoa. pour sauce pre shake it again and carefully, not to crush the berries and mix.
