Cooking
Cut into portioned pieces of fish, salt, pepper
Cut into julienne zucchini, carrots, onion, spinach leaves, leave whole
Spread the vegetables on the bottom of the envelope, salt, pepper
Put the fish on the vegetables, pour olive oil (quite a bit) and soy sauce
Close the envelope and put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25 minutes
