Braised cabbage
I love braised cabbage, decided to diversify this business. That's what happened.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sprouts

    100 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into strips and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add the balsamic vinegar.

And sliced cabbage.
