Tender liver in sauce. Dinner in 20 mins guaranteed.

Ingredients

  • Dry white wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Tarragon

    0.5 coup

  • Cream

    0.125 l

  • Broth

    0.25 l

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken liver

    750 g

  • Salt

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking
