1. If you plan to make the mousse, soak the gelatin. If ice cream, then gelatin is not needed.
2. Sesame seeds fry on a frying pan.
3. Grind toasted sesame seeds in a coffee grinder into flour.
4. Beat with a blender the cream, condensed milk, sesame flour.
5. If you make ice cream, then poured in molds and in the freezer. If making the mousse, the gelatin to heat ( but not boil), mix with whipped cream and ground sesame and pour it into moulds. Put into the refrigerator.
6. In 1-2 hours ready. This ice cream, decorated with chocolate syrup (but it was odd, the sesame flavor is pronounced and completely self-sufficient). Rose from the marshmallow mastic.
