Pies with mushrooms and potatoes
Today I made cakes of dough, the recipe of which took OKSY from 22. 04. 09 - "Pasties with djusai and wild garlic". I would also like to say a big thank you for the great dough recipe. I've fantasized and using the form for dumplings after 50 minutes had treated his friends. Received a full "thank you" in the form of empty plates. I suggest to you to use method of quickly cooking pies with any filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

Thawed cooked mushrooms put in a blender and grind.
