Cherry-pear pie
Pie is very easy to prepare. Like many recipes. But with grilled pears I've ever met.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cut into thin slices of pear. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry in a pan in butter until Golden brown. Allow them to cool down

150 g butter vzbit with sugar and lemon zest. Gradually add eggs and continue to whisk the resulting mass. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Knead the dough from flour, liquid egg and milk.

Frozen cherries to be washed, let it drain. Sprinkle with sugar - to your taste. Sprinkle the cherries with the cornstarch. To take shape with a diameter 24 cm, put on the bottom baking paper, brush with butter, sprinkle slightly with flour and lay the cherries

Cherries spread the batter, and then in a fan spread pear. Put the form in a preheated 200*C oven and bake for about 40 min.
