Ginger-Apple jam
I have long wanted to prepare not ordinary jam, and, so to speak, with a twist. I found this recipe and share with you.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Apple juice

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Ginger

    100 g

  • Lemon

    2 piece

Apples peel, remove core and cut into large slices (if you want jam, cut into large cubes).
