Description
Love Italian desserts. Especially their chocolate cakes and pastries, so I decided to cook one of them. It is very tasty and tender. Has a very pronounced chocolate flavor.

Cooking
Prepare your ingredients.
Chocolate to break into small pieces and melt in a water bath.

In the yolks, put 1/2 of the sugar and whisk. Add to the cooled chocolate mixture, cream and flour. Stir until smooth.
Now gently into the chocolate mixture add the whipped of belkie gently stir from the bottom to the top. The form (sorry for the view, but it is never nothing sticks) to lubricate Rast. butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs finely ground and transfer the dough. Bake at t =180,25-30 min.
Then turn off the oven, open the door and leave the cake to cool in the oven. Put on a plate. And that's what I did.
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
