Flaming apples
Husband decided to surprise cobbler from burning apples. Such thoughts and actions I encouraged my dessert "Spring intoxication", which I finished after the publication of the recipe (four servings). The apples turned out juicy, tender, with a taste of cinnamon and a slight hint of rum.

Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Rum

    30 g

Apples clean from the skin.

Put in a small saucepan, pour water, add sugar and cinnamon.

Cook the apples for about 15-20 minutes, so that they do not seethe. Arrange the apples in a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with sugar. The remaining juice boil down until thick, pour over apples, sprinkle thickly with sugar and pour rum.
