Mexican salad with tortilla
Juicy, bright salad with aromatic dressing.

Ingredients

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 can

  • Shallots

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pellet

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Juice

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

1/2 Mango peeled and cut into cubes. Shallots and chili grind. Add juice and butter.

All grind in a blender until smooth. Salad dressing is ready.

Shinkuem cabbage. Green salad cut.

The second half a mango cut into cubes. Pepper grind.

Tortilla, cut into strips, and fry until Golden brown in butter. Remove on a tissue to get rid of excess fat.

Dressed our salad dressing and stir.
