Salad with rice and roasted potatoes
Salad with rice and roasted potatoes with lemon-garlic dressing. A very hearty salad with lemon and garlic sour sharpness. A minimum of ingredients - the maximum benefit.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Lettuce

Cut the potatoes into cubes, place them on a baking tray lined with baking sheet that is greased with olive oil. Sprinkle with turmeric and a mixture of peppers, salt. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Boil the rice until tender.

While cooking the rice and baked potatoes, prepare the salad dressing. With lemon to remove the zest, squeeze juice, add honey and garlic, all put in a blender and grind. This dressing can be used for many vegetable salads.

In cooked and cooled rice add a few tablespoons of filling and place in refrigerator.

Put all salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve with greens.
