Pear poached in caramel sauce
Recipe found on the Internet. Interested in sweetness and ease of cooking. Did not have time to look around, the dessert is over. It was very tasty)

Ingredients

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Pour into a saucepan the sugar and throw in chopped into small pieces oil. Add the ginger and cinnamon. Put on a small fire. I didn't have brown sugar, used regular.

Pear clean from the skin, cut out the core and branches. I did two pears, since in a suitable pot no longer fit.

Put the pears in the sugar mixture.

Cook the pears until tender (it took me a little over an hour), occasionally spraying top with syrup.

The finished pears are delicious hot with ice cream. They have gone without it)))
