The recipe for this dessert existed in those old times, when mankind didn't know what thickeners, stabilizers, preservatives and other “achievements” of civilization, so the desserts were prepared from natural products: milk, eggs, sugar. Maybe we should remember the good old days...

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients to make the flan, wash the figs.
To eggs, add sugar and beat with a mixer.
Add milk and cream, whisk again.
Pour flan refractory molds.
Cut into slices figs and add to egg-milk mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees,and bake flan for about 15-20 minutes. I even turned on the grill function for the formation of the crust for a few minutes before end of cooking. Delicious to eat when it is slightly firm.
