Salad
This salad very easy to prepare. We are closing for a long time, a recipe I got from my mom. In winter this jar and the salad, and a great basis for first and second. Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    185 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

All the vegetables wash, peel onions, carrots, chopped (carrots labor on a grater for Korean carrot).

To make the sauce. Grind the tomatoes, pour into the pan, add the remaining ingredients (salt to tbsp), bring to a boil.

In a pan, add pepper, onion, carrots, stir. Cook under a lid for 10 minutes. Remove cover, stir and cook for another 20 minutes. Spread out on the sterilized banks, roll up cover, wrap until cool.
