Homemade ketchup for the winter
A very simple recipe for a homemade ketchup for the winter. Much tastier than the store. The consistency of the ketchup is thick, homogeneous.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 kg

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    10 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

In a heavy-bottomed pot coarsely cut tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers with seeds (remove only the tail), garlic, onion. Put on a high heat to stew.
