Cooking
Boil the rice until tender in salted water, drain, allow to cool and transfer to a bowl.
Olives (pitted) cut in half or small slices and add to the rice.
Bell peppers red or bright yellow wash, remove stalk and cut into small pieces.
Cucumber thinly slice. Cherry cut in half.
Prepare salad dressing: mix lemon juice and vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Dress with the sauce salad and gently mix.
Before serving you can decorate with greens.
