Fish salad on the menu
Light vitamin salad with Indian food that can be cooked in those days of fasting, when allowed to eat fish.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

Here our products. 6 tablespoons of rice put in boiling, salted water (1.5 cups). Diminish the fire, cover and cook 10-15 minutes. The tail of the cod, cook until tender also in salted water (20-30 minutes)

While there is cooking, washed sweet pepper (cleaned of seeds), the tomato and cut onion into small cubes. Greens finely chop. Dressed vegetables (vinegar mixed with water 1:1 with olive oil)

Add to the cooled vegetables, rice and fish (separated into fibers with your hands) and stir.

Decorate servings with lemon, tomato and dill. Sprinkle with lemon.
