Mackerel a La smoked
Mackerel just baked in the oven, but very similar to hot-smoked fish.

Ingredients

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mackerel

Mackerel gut (I removed and gills), wash and season with salt.
