Description
Mackerel just baked in the oven, but very similar to hot-smoked fish.

Cooking
Mackerel gut (I removed and gills), wash and season with salt.
In the abdomen to put dill and garlic, cut into rings. Dill can not be cut, it is needed only for the smell. Garlic needs quite a bit of three fish took me a little clove.
