Pie by heart
Actually, I wanted to make Ossetian pies. Making the dough and having made the first, I realized that a lot of dough. And decided to "run" in full :)

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Ready stuffing

Cooking

Knead soft dough and leave for an hour

Since I do not leave hopes to do just cakes, the dough is divided into three parts

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5mm. Board a little lubricating oil.

Contractible edges, spun round flat pot pie, transfer to a sheet or form seam down. Top lubricated with beaten egg yolk and put into a hot oven until Browning.
