Actually, I wanted to make Ossetian pies. Making the dough and having made the first, I realized that a lot of dough. And decided to "run" in full :)
Ingredients

Cooking
Knead soft dough and leave for an hour
Since I do not leave hopes to do just cakes, the dough is divided into three parts
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5mm. Board a little lubricating oil.
Contractible edges, spun round flat pot pie, transfer to a sheet or form seam down. Top lubricated with beaten egg yolk and put into a hot oven until Browning.
Here I have turned the worst :)
Continuing to test the dough at work, the result here is a roll
and these patties on subacc :) - well really wanted tiddly...
