Very unusual, in my opinion, but amazingly-delicious sauce. Mega-rich nut chocolate with a hint of caramel flavor and a unique flavor - this sauce is perfect for pancakes and fritters. PS It's my anniversary 200th recipe!

Sesame fry in a dry pan until Golden brown. It is important to take fresh, high-quality sesame seeds. It must be remembered that sesame seeds are perishable, and it acquires a rancid taste and smell.
Dates, pour hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water.
Roasted sesame seeds, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa pour in a blender, add the vegetable oil and grind for 5 minutes until a thick mass.
Add dates and milk (in the post you can use coconut milk) and grind until a homogeneous mass. The amount of milk is regulated depending on desired consistency.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave and add to the sauce.
To serve the pancakes. Keep the sauce should be refrigerated, but keep in mind that it is more dense.
