Cooking

step-0
For a basis I took the dough recipe. Softened margarine, mix with sour cream, add sugar, salt, egg... Better to add only the yolk, but I have not figured out what to do with a protein added the whole egg.
step-1
All grind, to turn into a more homogeneous mass.
step-2
Gradually add the flour. I didn't write how much I have left flour, - not measured. Approximately 0.5 kg. Soda to extinguish vinegar or baking powder. Add cocoa all at once. The amount of cocoa can be adjusted to your preference. Add the vanilla powder (I like ground vanilla than vanilla sugar).
step-3
Knead a tight dough. Knead need quickly because it's fat, the fat will melt and knead going to be very uncomfortable. Wrap the dough with clingfilm and place in the freezer. It seemed to me that the test came too much from the part of the test I made cookies, and the rest and left in the freezer... I Think, nothing terrible will happen if I take out, say, closer to the weekend and will bake the second batch.
step-4
Meanwhile, the walnuts are crushed a large wide knife.
step-5
When the dough has cooled, remove it from the freezer, roll out to thickness of 1cm, sprinkle with chopped nuts and a rolling pin roll them into the dough. Thereby rolling the dough up to 5-7 mm.
step-6
Cut molds beautiful figure.
step-7
Coat the baking pan with baking paper, greased with fat it is not necessary, the dough is so oily. Lay out biscuits and put into the oven for 20 minutes (watch your oven) at 200C.
step-8
Here is what I got cookies!
