Fish in creamy onion sauce
This dish is prepared from Pollock or hake. These fish themselves are fat-free and therefore dry. And creamy onion dressing adds tenderness and juiciness.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Dill

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fry the pieces of fish, pre-roll in flour with salt.

Fry onions in butter and add some flour.

Add sour cream and if you want to breed with boiled water, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with the dill.

In the prepared sauce to omit all the pieces of fish and then some more time to simmer.
