Chicken liver with curry sauce
Very tender and tasty dish. Another version of cooking chicken liver

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

Cooking

Liver cut into small pieces, put in a deep bowl.

Add the flour, salt, pepper, mix well.

Fry on high heat for 6-7 minutes. Chop the onion chetvertfinalny, spread to the liver and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

In a pan pour the cream, add the curry powder, mix well. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 - 12 minutes. Ready liver before serving, sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
