Fricassee of fish in a creamy sauce
Very tasty and tender dish of fish and vegetables and not difficult to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

So we will need fillets of white fish, or take fish fillets, what's your taste. Cut the fish into large pieces

Scrape the carrots and cut them into washers.

Onion cut into half rings.

Heat the oil and fry onions and carrots about 5 minutes with constant stirring. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. I added a spoonful of capers. Then add the fish and all peremeshaem.
