I propose to prepare delicious meatballs in tomato-soy sauce in the oven. Meatballs cooked in this way necessarily will appeal to your household, because they work with bright rich flavor.

Cooking
To start put to boil the rice until soft, and while it cooks prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes and fry in olive oil (2 tbsp) until transparent.
Carrots clean, RUB on a medium grater, add to the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Then squeeze the garlic through a press, add the sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki and cook for another 2 minutes.
Tomatoes (I had cherry) and place in a blender and grind until smooth.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the onions and carrots, mix well. Tomato-soy sauce is ready.
Meanwhile, the rice is ready. Mix it with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Then, sift the flour and again mix well.
Form small meatballs and put them in the form (I, diameter 24 cm) greased with olive oil (1 tbsp)
Pour on top of meatballs in tomato-soy sauce. Cook it in the oven, preheated to 200 gr. 30-40 min.
