A very tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings

Carrot three on a small grater

And saute them on hot oil

The liver thoroughly wash

And cut into small cubes

Add to the pan and simmer over high heat, stirring constantly until the color

Tomato cut into cubes

Stir and simmer another 5 minutes

Add salt to taste

Eggs, beat with a small amount of salt

And pour them to the liver, cover with a lid and bring to readiness
