Casserole of chicken liver
This version of the casserole-an alternative to liver cutlets, because baked food is much healthier fried. This dish could feed a small nehochuh that refuse to eat such a useful liver, at least my the fussiest of eaters eat these"burgers" with pleasure. Bake you like a La carte and in great shape.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cooking is very simple-liver, onion and garlic mince.

Beat the eggs with the mayonnaise, add the starch, mix well until no lumps.

Mix liver and egg mass, salt, and pepper, stir again.

Sort shapes (I used silicone) and bake at 180 deg.25-30 minutes (focus on your oven, I usually take out when the edges of the casserole begin to move away from the walls of the mold). Serve hot, although some are more like them cold. Bon appetit!
