Cooking
To prepare the cheese buns I used Gouda cheese from Belebeevsky dairy plant.
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Add to the cheese, the egg, salt, pepper. All mix thoroughly and add the flour, make a soft dough. Flour may need less specified rules, look at the consistency of the dough. It should not be very steep. Remove the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
The finished dough roll out into a thin layer and cut circles.
In the center of each circle put 1 teaspoon of cream cheese.
The edges of the dough rises up, as if putting it in a bag and fasten. Should get a bag with a hole at the top.
The finished "sacks" spread on a baking sheet, grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until Golden colour.
