Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    350 g

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Greens

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    10 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

  • Sauce

Cooking

Put in boiling and salted water sachets and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

While cooking the rice, cut the fillet into long stripes.

In the package add the flour, salt and pepper to taste, put the fish, tie the package and shake.

Put the fish from the package - it is evenly coated with flour.

Milk and egg mix. Drop the fish strips into the egg mixture and coat in breadcrumbs.

Twist the strips on both sides to the middle and fastened with skewers - I taped toothpicks.

Fry fish in hot oil on both sides until Golden brown.

Spread on a cloth, remove excess oil and take out the skewers

The rice is ready - atteriwem bags, cut, pour the rice, add the butter and pepper stir.

Add fresh herbs to taste and spread the rice in a salad bowl.
