Cooking
In minced meat add 1 egg, semolina, grated on a fine grater raw potatoes and onion, parsley, salt and pepper. All knead well.
Their resulting mass to form small balls and fry them on all sides on a well-heated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Boiled potatoes and tomatoes cut into small cubes, put into a form into meatballs.
