Casserole with potato and meatballs
If your goal is tasty and nourishingly to feed a family dinner, and you have an hour to cook, offer to make a casserole of meat balls with potatoes and tomatoes in the egg-mayonnaise filling.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

In minced meat add 1 egg, semolina, grated on a fine grater raw potatoes and onion, parsley, salt and pepper. All knead well.

Their resulting mass to form small balls and fry them on all sides on a well-heated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
