French cookies
One of the variants of the famous French cookie "Sablé". Prepared quickly, it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Potato starch

    45 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Olive oil

    35 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    70 g

Cooking

For biscuits use the above ingredients. The butter should be softened. Separately mix the flour and starch.

Separately, beat softened butter at low speed of the mixer and after some time, add to it olive oil. Stir.

Add the powdered sugar and whisk until white

At the most shallow grater RUB boiled yolk and add it to the dough. Beat with a mixer at low speed.

Add the flour mixed with starch, and kneaded the dough

Cut olives and add to the dough. Mix well.

The finished dough spread on plastic wrap and, with it, forming "sausage". We are taking her out for 1-1,5 hour in refrigerator or 20-30 minutes in the freezer.
