Cooking
For biscuits use the above ingredients. The butter should be softened. Separately mix the flour and starch.
Separately, beat softened butter at low speed of the mixer and after some time, add to it olive oil. Stir.
Add the powdered sugar and whisk until white
At the most shallow grater RUB boiled yolk and add it to the dough. Beat with a mixer at low speed.
Add the flour mixed with starch, and kneaded the dough
Cut olives and add to the dough. Mix well.
The finished dough spread on plastic wrap and, with it, forming "sausage". We are taking her out for 1-1,5 hour in refrigerator or 20-30 minutes in the freezer.
The cooled billet is cut into slices 5-7 mm thick.
Lay out cookies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Here is the cookies turned out! Serve it with soft cheese.
