Italian cookies
Don't know how to objectively assess these cookies. I can only say that when I baked the first batch, two days in a row I baked it with some correction of flour. In the recipe I specify. Christmas gifts I was making a lot of different cookies. IT flew first in different companies!!! Think about it... Better to try and then decide. Fragrant, sweet, crisp!!!

Ingredients

  • Lavender

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Butter room temperature to mix with sugar.

Flour mixed with baking powder Dr. Oetker

To the oil mixture, add salt, egg yolks, lavender. Mix well.

Add to the mixture vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker and flour with baking powder. Knead a soft dough.

Of dough to make a thin sausage, wrap it in foil and send in the freezer for 30-40 minutes minutes.

Baking tray lay a paper and lay the sliced cookies ( "washers" of about 1 cm thick) at a sufficient distance.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
